Installed in August

  • A defibrillator has been installed and is situated on the outside wall of the WI Hall. It is not accessible for use without an access code. To obtain this code you will need to call the emergency ambulance service using 999 or 112. You will then be given information on how quickly an ambulance will arrive and depending on the situation, whether or not you should use a defibrillator. Once you have the access code and open the defibrillator it will tell you what to do step by step. There are three Guardians in the village who will be checking the defibrillator each week to make sure that it is always ready for use.
